A deep dive into the core of your organisational challenge.

Each business
is unique.

Each have their own challenges that are influenced by their vision and goals, the market conditions and ecosystem and their organisational culture.

Organisations are made up of many different individuals all of whom have needs, wants, fears and ambitions. When people are aligned to the organisation’s purpose, vision and values they can achieve more than they ever thought possible. A team that is not aligned and lacks trust in the leadership, will struggle to achieve its goals.

An impactful people and change program needs to address the core of the challenge.  And it has to be relevant, linking context and content. It’s why ‘off the shelf’ programs will often fail in the long term.

Creating a science-driven custom program like
Connected starts with implementing robust research methodologies.

1. Qualitative in-depth interviews

Open Water’s experts conduct qualitative in-depth interviews with key stakeholders. Rigorously crafted questions are designed to understand collective and individual beliefs, mindset and behaviours that surround the business objective, such as greater trust and alignment or true customer centricity.

2. Defining an Impact Map

Using the qualitative data from the interviews,
Open Water are able to clearly map the organisational objectives with the  desired outcomes.

These in turn are mapped to the knowledge, mindset and behaviours required to achieve them.
Very often, the research leads to an ‘Ah ha’ moment as organisational needs and outcomes are revealed that had not been previously identified by the leadership, and which are essential for getting the results they seek.

The Impact Map is a key deliverable of Connected Program.

4. Creating patterns of excellence:
The Success Case Method

Any major change within an organisation is likely to experience success and failures. It’s no different in learning and culture change.

Open Water implements the Success Case Method to factually analyse the most and least successful program participant results and uses the data to tell powerful internal stories of what works bests for who, and what impedes business impact.

The Success Case Method is a valuable tool to use following a pilot program and before rolling it out to other areas or geographic regions of the business.  It creates additional value for the leadership as it has direct implications for attracting and retaining the best talent more efficiently.
